Allow JWPlayer

Hello all, if this is the wrong subforum please apologize move it towards the correct place.

I have FortiGate 100D with the following OS version: v5.2.8,build727. And the issue I am having is the following: We normally have everything blocked and provide exception depending on the needs of the users (and if they are necesary), currently there was a request of allowing access to some streaming from the goverment which allow to control some ports here. The site was allowed for the users but while trying to access the stream they were granted the following error: "cannot load m3u8 no levels in manifest"

Here we have 2 dummy accounts, one with full internet access and other with regular user permissions in order to test, and I checked with the former I was able to see said stream properly, but with the latter I was able to reproduce the same error message (both tested with the web browser and opening the m3u8 file using both VLC/Gom Player).

For further information, the website where the stream is accessed is http://camaras.vera.com.uy/camara/14 and where the stream is pulled/downloaded from is http://live.cdn.antel.net...NDQ=/hls/playlist.m3u8

I made sure exception to full access was given to both cameras.vera.com.uy and live.cdn.antel.net.uy but problem still persists. Therefor I concluded it was some kind either problem with trying to allow JWPlayer to be access.

Is there anything else that can be done?
