Allow FileUploadHttp to Selected URL

Hi all,

I'm trying to create an 'FileUploadHttp' allow signature to this 1 URL only - *.deploy.static.akamaitechnologies.com

Would like to get some comments to the syntax that was amended below, as the system kept on prompting 'Index out of range' when submitting. 

Currently on v5.2.13,build762
