After updating FortiGate 60f lost control over it started a constant reboot
Hello @omykhailenko ,
Can you enter the configuration menu when you connect via console cable to your Fortigate? If you say yes, you can follow these steps for the formatting of the device. After the formatting process, you can upload your old configuration file to your device.
If you say no, you can create a ticket to Fortinet customer support. Maybe they decide to RMA.

It is not possible to enter the configuration menu. Constant restart.
Hello @omykhailenko ,
In my opinion, you need to create a ticket to customer support. They will proceed to the RMA process.
There were 2 devices in this condition
1 of them was able to start after some time and restore performance
and 2 could not be launched
the console is constantly rebooting
Hi @omykhailenko,
What is the firmware version? You should be able to enter the boot menu. Are you not seeing this message "Press any key to display configuration menu"?
Regards,
I had the same issue on 3 Fortigate 40F this week
Hello @PascalG,
How did you solve the problem?

How did you solve the problem?
To recover access on the device, you could boot the backup firmware and configure via console.
This may help you recover previous firmware and configurations without the need to format the firewall.
