After firmware upgrade, GUI doesn't show any switches in the console under the Managed Fortiswitches
Hi,
I recently upgraded my FortiOS from 7.4.0F > 7.4.2F > 7.4.3F. It was working prior on the upgrade.
It was tested working and confirmed that none of the functionality is lost, but the visibility of the Switches in GUI is blank.
1. Tried clearing the browser's cache or use a different browser private/incognito window.
2. Tried restarting https daemon by running "# fnsysctl killall httpsd" in the CLI.
Suspecting this is a visual bug on 7.4.3 but no related bugs on below link.
https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortigate/7.4.3/fortios-release-notes/236526/known-issues
Any thought on this?
TIA :)

Did you check to see if the switches were shown in 7.4.2 before going to 7.4.3? Reason I ask is so I can re-create the issue in my homelab without having to downgrade to 7.4.0

Hi @martyyy,
What is the FortiSwitch model and firmware version? Can you check in the CLI by running "show switch-controller managed-switch"?

Absolutely! Here's a simpler version:
Title: Solution: Managed FortiSwitches Not Showing in GUI after FortiOS Upgrade
Hello,
If your Managed FortiSwitches are not showing up in the GUI after upgrading FortiOS to 7.4.3F, try this:
Go to WiFi and Switch Controller.
In FortiLink interface settings, disable the FortiLink split interface.
Check if the switches are now visible. Also, check your partition settings in case they changed during the upgrade via TFTP.
If the issue persists, consider downgrading to 7.4.0F. If you need more help, contact Fortinet support.
Hope this helps!
