After exporting firewall rules in excel hit count column is showing no values

Hi,

I have exported the firewall policies from firewall to excel but after exporting the rules hit count column is showing no values. I have already enable the hit count on firewall and hit count is showing in firewall as well.

FortiGate OS version is 7.2.7
