Add URL excepctions in FortiSASE

Hi, we are using FortiClient as VPN but we are experiencing problems to access Factorial Website. To try to solve this problem I have set two URL Filters which is located in Configuration > Security.



But unfortunately this is not working either. Any solution for this?

Have you tried with wildcard "factorialhr" with action as exempt?
