Hi Thesok-lek74,
Is HTTP and HTTPS enable under the management interface?
Confirm if you have the following command under it:
set allowaccess ping https ssh http

The next step is to check the ports (80 and 443) as suggested by ddeguzman. The link sent by him has those steps on it. In case you are using 80 and 443 for admin access, check if the httpsd process is running. Use the command: diagnose sys top 1 99 1 | grep httpsd

Hi Thesok-lek74.
Kindly try the steps provided on this article if it helps:

Make sure you are using the correct management service port (TCP 443), or try changing the "admin-server-cert" discussed on the said article.
