Hi,
first sorry if this seems unappropriated, but I,m new to this so please bare with me..
I'm trying to activate a software in my network, but got an error, after sending this error to my vendor, he asked to check if SSL Deep Inspection is enabled in the firewall (I'm using Fortigate FG100D with firmware v5.2.4,build688 (GA)). my question is.
1) how to check if SSL deep inspection is enabled on the firewall, and does it really blocking my software from activating, and how to make and exception to allow my software to activate?
2) Is there a way on FG-100D to trace this problem, so i can avoid it in the future?
Pls let me know what information I can provide to troubleshoot this issue
Thanks and Regards
Sulaiman
