Account Creation Logging Question

We are currently using our FortiAuthenticator to handle self registration for a guest wifi captive portal.  Since this is only for special events we have the accounts set to expire after 24 hrs and the expired accounts to be purged nightly.  The issue I am running into is that the logging doesn't capture any real information about the account creation process other than that an account was created.  Is there any way to capture the actual field values during the account creation process such as name and email address?  We need to keep this information for up to 90 days.
