Hi !
I´m new of your Product and I need help to configure our Fortigates.
We want use the Fortigates with our Machine Network.
The Machine is plugged on Internal 1 and the Company lan on Wan1.
The Fortigate has a fixed Adress.
Now we want access the Windows Fileshare from another Computer in the Company Lan.
Network / Interface
internal1 (Steuerung1) 192.168.2.1 _/- 255.255.255.240 -/- HTTPS,PING Physical
wan1 (Company Lan) 10.184.***** / 255.255.255.0 -/ HTTP,HTTPS,PING,FMG-Access Physical
This is the Policy:
wan1(Company Lan) -> internal1(Steuerung1)
Company Client - /- VIP_Maschine1 -/- always -/- SAMBA -/- PING -/- ACCEPT
Sambe for Port 139 (Windows Filesharing Port)
NAT: Use Destination Interface Address
VirtualIP
VIP_Maschine -/- wan1 -/- (Company Network)/10.184.***** -/- 139/tcp -/- 192.168.2.11 -/- 139 - /- /tcp -/- 1
So we want:
Access Wan1 to Internal 1 with Port 139
The Company lan nat to Machine IP 192.168.2.11.
Windows Fileshare: nc_program.
This is our way to Access the Fileshare:
We type in the Computer Browser:

Try opening up TCP/445 in addition to 139. On my FGT it is the service "SMB" but i don't remember if that's built in or not.
