Access site without valid certificate

Hello,

I need to access my customer web page by public IP address this page have https protocol but not valid certificate, and I'm struggling to access this site because Fortigate block it. I created separate ipv4 policy at the top of firewall policies with ssl deep scan disabled, and with destination this web server but after that I have error when accessing this site:

ERR_SSL_Version_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH or SSL_ERROR_UNSUPPORTED_VERSION

Hi Tutek,

Please check browser settings on client PC as this error has nothing to do with Fortigate, but version support on endusers (TLS,SSL versions)
i.e: ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH - Google Chrome Community

HI,

yes right, this server have old certificate TLS 1.0 so I need to find a way to reconfigure the browser to open it. Thanks.
