Hi,
We have two TP-LINK access points connected to our Fortigate 100F and it's been working great for a long time but a couple of months ago, some wifi users started having trouble using the internet, mostly windows devices. They can connect to the wifi but they windows says theres no internet and it's true, they don't have internet. After testing this, when that happens, the device cannot ping the Fortigate 100f. We didn't have problems with phones but now it happens on phones too and when there's no internet the same thing happens, I can't access the (Gateway) Fortigate 100f via the web browser.
Can anyone tell me I could do to solve this problem?
PS: By the way these access points work perfectly elsewhere, I've even bought new ones and they all do the same thing when connected to the Fortigate router. EAP225V1 EAP225V3 EAP620HD
Thanks

difficult to just point to the solution like this.
you gotta work out if the traffic even reaches the FortiGate or not.you can use diagnose sniffer packet for this.
if it does you can look further at the FortiGate. if it doesn't there is something wrong with the AP probably.
