Access only spesific ip

we are using Fortigate 40F with 7.4 firmware.

I am totally amateur on IT technology.

I was trying to give access only specific IP when entering by VPN to the network. By using VLAN or without VLAN?

You can restrict access on SSLVPN settings or on Firewall policy as well,
