Absence of YouTube access data in report.

I am having difficulty importing YouTube access data into the report template I plan to use. I believe the dataset currently in use is suppressing the full URL.

I am sharing the dataset and a screenshot of the result. In the standard analyzer report (Detailed User Navigation Log), it is possible to correctly view the website and application details for the same day and location.

Could you please check the dataset to determine if there is any reason for the suppression of access details and the correct category? This dataset was generated during the product's initial deployment and has never been modified. Two years have passed, and we've only now noticed this issue. I believe this might also be affecting other access records in the report.

The FortiGate also contains several access logs for YouTube and for the video/audio category, none of which appear in the report for the same day/time.

Hi Juliano,

Whats the FAZ firmware version you are using ?

When you use the SQL query from within FAZ > Reports > Dataset: what data is it fetching ? is it fetching the correct data that you expect ?

From what I see, this looks like a custom dataset - not a default one for 'User Detailed Browing Report'.

Also are you sure the report screenshot you shared is fetched using this dataset ?
The reason for asking is that in the dataset you are grouping by several columns but in report its only 5 column that too with different titles than what is defined in the dataset ? Probably you are doing some filtering out in Chart ?

If possible attach the full dataset you are using and some Log Files (Log View > Log Browse) and I can test it in my lab.

The version used is “Forti Analyzer-VM64, v7.2.3 GA build 1405”.

The fields are okay, what is happening is that it is not showing the record that should be in the field.

The Dataset was customized to retrieve all fields from the Analyzer and allow the creation of various types of reports. I am sharing a video showing how the chart and the Dataset fields look. Also, in the same link, I am sharing the Dataset in a text file (.txt).

The report screenshot was just an example of a standard FAZ report, which contains the expected record, which is missing from the customized Dataset.

Regarding the logs, I didn't understand where to search for this information. If you still need it, please send a screenshot of how to get to the logs.
