About web mode for SSL VPN

My SSL VPN is web mode.I open bookmarks of website at the portal page of web mode and download files.But all of files are damage and unable open. what is reason for the problem? Thanks

It might be caused by an incompatible web browser type/version. Which device/firmware are you using? I would suggest to check the firmware release notes for supported browsers and/or test another browser.

If you find the same issue to happen with the latest browsers and you have the latest firmware running on the 1500D, than you might want to run packet capture on your network. Some device might be dropping packet, creating CRC errors or causing some other issues while you try to download files. Set up web based SSL VPN as a test to the 1500D and download FortiClient. It' s an option on the web interface. If it arrives without getting corrupted, you can continue the troubleshooting upstream. Check the connected interfaces on both the switches and routers for increasing packet error counts.
