As shown in the attached photo, there are some devices in which the automatically collected device information is not displayed properly.
Question :
Q1) For some devices, the product family and model are not displayed. What could be the cause?
Q2) Is there a way to manually register this device?

If they are behind another router or if their DHCP server is other than FortiGate then some information can not be detected by FG.
