About VM image migration

FortiConverter service seems to be a service that supports conversion from other vendor devices (Cisco, Palo, CheckPoint...etc) to Fortigate, but does it also support migration to Cloud (AWS)?

As per this link:(page 3) FortiConverter Data Sheet (fortinet.com)

it is possible to convert FortiGate to FortiGate on different appliances within GUI console after you have enabled this service.
