About Internet Line

Dear Sir, I have Fortigate 310b with two physical internet line I configure it successfully as load balanced since 2 years ago But now, when i need to add one new internet line i have a problem to make load balancing between them (i.e i need all user to be balanced in the 3 line) Till now all user balanced in the first two line (ports) Thank you very much

what is the issue you are facing? does the new route you have added appears in the routing table? is it active route or not? which load balancing technique you are using? Source based ECMP? Weighted round robin? and have you enabled dead gateway detection?

Dear Osama, My problem is i have fortigate 310b with 3 internet line I need to know how can i use the 3 line as a load balance But when i mark load balance not source ip based the users can' t access internet When i return it to source ip based the internet work I need to know how to configure and what is my problem? thanks
