AZURE - Multiple public addresses

We are using the fortigate VM64-Azure, we wish to ingest multiple feeds on the same port to different internal servers, normally we would add an additional public IP to the outside interface then port forward that through but this is not possible on azure even by using the load balancer functionality built in Azure, does anyone know how this is achieved ?
