Could someone provide me a sample page that uses the API?

Just to say, a page that lists all the localusers...

Have you tried the examples in the API Guide?

They utilize cURL to give you a generic overview of how to call the API that you can then use in the scripting language of your choice.

The problem is that I don't know how to integrate those infromation with a, just to say, asp page in order to obtain my example

I have some sample Perl Scripts but unless you have some knowledge of CGI / Scripting you will struggle.  PM me if you want to see the example.
