ADVPN shortcut while hub is down

Hi , Just a technical inquiry and . Does ADVPN shortcut tunnel between spokes in SDWAN deployment stay established if the connection to HUB went down ??

By default shortcuts inherit their lifetime from their parent tunnels and also the shortcut tunnel is independent of the parent tunnel. That means shortcut tunnel is remain up by default. But this behavior can be changed
