AD group user failed in authentication

Hello everybody, I have a Fortigate with FSSO Version 4.3. When i' m on Internet, i lost my connexion and the fortinet ask me to relogin. I put the time out at 240 baut nothing change , and lot of users have this problem. Can some one help me ?
