AC adapter power supply and Forticare support

Hi guys,

I'm asking is the "Adapter AC power supply" included in the forticare support coverage or not?

it sad to say its not. had that experience before, work around purchase AC Adapter online with same power rating

Hm I once (up to now) had a FortiGate with external power adaptor where the power adaptor went defect. FortiNet sent me a replacement adaptor without any problem (and costs) after I opened a corresponding case.

Even though neiter FortiNet nor me knew what killed the adaptor...
