AC Error: All communication via HTTPS is Skype

Hi,

I have a HA A-P cluster FG-110C with OSv5.0.7. Yesterday all communications to destination port 443 started to communication like Skype application. If the user opens a website in Firefox the communication is treated and logged as Skype.

Did someoen meet with this behaviour? Is there any possibility to fix it without restart?

Hi AtiT,

if you are referring to the application icons in the traffic logs, then yes, they change from time to time in the latest Firefox browser version(s). Clearing the browser cache usually helped.

The problem is that the traffic is treated as Skype and it is blocked as the customer has an application profile set to block skype traffic. So traffic from browsers (not only Firefox) are Skype traffic and are blocked. Basicly no websites can be visited via HTTPS.

We only see traffic displayed with wrong icons from time to time - it is not treated differently, so ... not the issue you experience.

FYI: We opened a support ticket as it was not fixed after the restart.
