We have a website that is being blocked by the Web Filter.
We have a URL: http://keyfind.us/mednet one example, takes us to https://mednet.uclahealth.org/
And other examples. When we try to use it shows up as malware, which is not the case, can you advise?
Nominating a forum post submits a request to create a new Knowledge Article based on the forum post topic. Please ensure your nomination includes a solution within the reply.
Looking up the WF rating at https://fortiguard.com/webfilter?q=keyfind.us&version=8 we see it is listed in category "Information Technology". Which, by any means, usually, is not blocked.
Same for the redirected-to site.
Can you confirm that in your WF setting this category is not blocked? Could you please post the webfilter (CLI, text)?
Thus, asking Fortinet to re-rate this site is pointless.
Maybe some other component is triggering the block.
