Hello,
we have a fortigate 100E, since update to firmware 7.0.4, we occupe a high cpu on bcm.user process.
reboot cpu use 15% during some hours and suddenly go to 100%
I don't find a lot of topic on this.
Thanks in advance for your help
bcm.user is handling the internal switch
If you don't use the internal switch, start by disabling it, or disable device-identification if you have a lot of devices in the LAN (thousands). Not excluding a bug in the firmware, but that should be checked through a support case.
Hi MickeulK,
what is your topology? Is the same topology no issue in V7.0.3? you can create Add Dashboard Widget -- Interface Bandwidth to monitor traffic on an interface?
Thanks
Kangming
