I have two 60Ds and one shows an option of System Events under the Log & Report option. The other does not have this option. How do I turn on this option? I have been using the System Events to identify IPs trying to attack the 60D. Both are on FortiOS 5.6.

Hi,
please check that you have enabled logging option in fortigate.
config log disk settings
show
config log fortiguard settings
show
config log memory settings
show
I checked both of them and they both have the "config log disk settings" and the "config log fortiguard settings" missing the configuration; yet they both have "config log memory settings" with a setting of "set status enable". So I guess I am missing how any of these would be affecting the display option of System Events under the Log & Report option. Am I missing something?
Edit: It seems that the 60D is not logging system events, all the other seem to log, but the system event log is always empty. Is there something I am missing to turn on the system events?
Hello,
If you run few times in CLI: diagnose log test Do you see some logs?
