6.4.3 Fortclient - SSL VPN intermittent disconnections
My users are experiencing intermittent disconnections from their SSL VPN connections.
This seems to affect those that use Wi-Fi more rather than ethernet.
Can anyone advise what changes I can make to improve the reliability of the connection?

Are you sure the VPN Connection is the culprit? The symptom of wi-fi connection dropping might only be made obvious because the user is connected to the VPN, There could be a possibility that wifi is having disconnection please check wifi connectivity also.

Intermittent disconnections from SSL VPN connections can be caused by various factors, including network issues, client settings, or firewall configurations.
Please refer to the below link to troubleshoot the SSL VPN intermittent disconnection.

Also, if you are using the standalone FortiClient version, you may try to use any other version and monitor the issue.

Can you please fetch more information from VPN logs and Forticlint logs to see why the user getting disconnected?
And Please is the Forticlient version is compatible with fortigate firmware
