5.2 Report Doesn' t have UserName & Device Name

Hey Guys, I am using 5.2. The reports doesn' t have user name / device name . It was perfect on 5.0.7 , and fyi I am using FSSO to authenticate users. I have reset the report to default, and recreated db. How do i get the username /device name on the report.?

The device name for the interface to be activated from the device detection and identification option. a subject, the settings need to look at.
