2nd Hand 20C with Forticloud

Hi,

I have purchased a 20C from Ebay which appears to be brand new - I have registered the device and was looking to add into forticloud but in the licensing table on the dashboard there is no option for "Forticloud", which raises the following questions:

1) is there a problem with purchasing not via an authorised reseller?

2) Is it possible to use the Forticloud with a 20C model?

3) does the Forticloud require a paid for license?

 Oh and it is running the following code: v4.0,build0511,120110 (MR3 Patch 4)

Please upgrade the device to the latest firmware available for it.

The FortiCloud feature should be visible there
