2FA Switch to Authenticator App

My 2FA to login to this community portal is used email, now how i can change from email to authenticator app?

You can follow this guide to change your 2FA method email to FortiToken APP. 

In the second step, you need to select FortiToken.

Or you can just click security credentials after logging into the "support.fortinet.com" website. After clicking, the related page allows you to change your 2FA preferences.

I just want something that works easily and has a cloud backup option (even though technically this is not the most secure). I was between this and Google Authenticator, and most folks seems to recommend Authy.

In my case the way described in the linked document did not work. The requried button simply was missing there in my account. Customer Service than did it for me.
