2.4ghz and iPhone

My new 60F Wi-Fi will only do 5 or 2.4ghz which I think is normal.

I am using 2.4ghz since one device is IoT and likes 2.4ghz only.

Many devices are happy but the 16 Pro is not - I tried a few settings and channels (3 choices) and it wont connect.

Any ideas please?

Based also in the Datasheet, this model has a single radio for its built-in wireless interface that can be used for 2.4 or 5 Ghz band. You may consider also adding a FortiAP.

Did you try to enable both 2.4 and 5Ghz?

I didnt know you could, maybe my firmware is old so does not show.

Under profile you can pick one not two which would enable 2.4/5.

How do you do it?

P.s. need to get a forticare so can get firmware

On my old FortiAP I can enable both at the same time. But actually I can't tell if it is supported on FG60F Wi-Fi.

AP I do not and it seems the Fortigate does one or the other. Maybe an upgrade may fix my issue.
