100F Fortivoice 7.0.4

I am looking in the Image Folder for the Fortivoice 7.0.4 update and don't see the 100F listed. When I look at the release notes it shows under Supported platforms 100F listed and 100E has reached its end-of-order (EOO) date but only 100E in the Image Folder. Would the issues affect the 7.0.3 on the 100F?
