Staff would like to set the quaretena for improper access or malicious sites that detect the FortiGate IPS.

IF you are referring to IPS, the IPS filter (when adding/editing an entry) the actions are listed at the bottom.

What firmware is the Fortigate on and what web browser (and version) are you using? Does this problem happen in all browsers?
