Technical Tip: Configure resource groups using larger resource groups

Description	This article explains how to configure resource groups using larger resource groups.
Scope	Lacework, FortiCNAPP, Resource groups.
Solution	It is possible to select a resource group as part of a resource group selection, giving granularity and finer control of what resources are sorted into which resource group. This allows more specific data access via Role based access controls. In this example, the 'nickytest4' resource group is taken, and an additional selection is added where only resources in the eu-west-1 region will be returned.  Note: The selection mechanism will only return resource groups of the same type within Lacework. When creating an AWS resource group, the resource group selection will return prior created AWS resource groups in the FortiCNAPP Lacework platform. If a machine type resource group is created, the selection will return only machine type resource groups.
