Unable to finish NSE4 Course

i finished all the modules, registerd for LAB and answer sample questions.

But my course for: is always not completed? What i'm missing?

After I finished a course and the quiz, I got an email with the link and this link appers on the bottom of the course page. Do you have any Satisfaction Survey link on your course page?

1) I have finished the course videos 
2) i have passed sample questions 
3) i have watched the recorded demo.

As I see on your screenshot, I realized, that you didn't watch the 13th lesson about DialUp IPSec VPN. The icon in front of the lesson is an orange gift box, which means you should watch it.

i Watched every lesson of NSE 4 and NSE 5 and met the completion criteria  in every lesson  but all the giftboxs are orange .

I think i was making a mistake. Let me learn a module and close it after clicking the click here to return 
i was instead directly closing  my browser page

Can you please try a module in different browser? Sometimes, it may happen for browser cookie.
