I need your help this time because I have a Little issue with my NSE4 badge.
My email on the Pearson VUE portal and NSE training institute were different, that's why even when i took and passed the exam last Friday, i haven't been able to get my certificate.
I just changed that information (email) on Pearson VUE and now both emails match. But I need to know what i can do to fix that incongruence and get my badge because the download links does not appear on the Completed section of my dashboard.
