NSE4 Badge (Email Issue)

Good Morning, hope you are doing well.

I have an issue with my NSE4 badge due to different email.

My email on the Pearson VUE portal and NSE training institute were different, that's why even when I passed the exam on 25th March 2022, I haven't been able to get my NSE 4 certificate until now.

Should I change the information (email) on Pearson VUE into NSE training institute so both emails will match ?
My NSE training institute email : *** @ ***
My Pearson VUE email : .*** @

Further, I need to know more what else that I can do to fix this incongruence ?

The exam is taken with Pearson VUE that's why the certification will be assigned to the email registered in Pearson VUE. You have to change the email and then have an online chat with the pearson vue support so they can help you assign the certificate correctly.
