NSE 3 Training Certification for Public

Is it possible to allow for Public users to attempt NSE 3 Certification for free.

I just want to know about the employee. Are they Fortinet Employees or the employee of any company who is using Fortinet product like Fortigate, FortiWAN, etc.

If you have already completed NSE1 and NSE2, therefore, please plan for NSE4 exam.
