Hello,
if you have parent account, you can go NSE library and choose NSE6 (FortiMail). from there you can register and schedule the lab.

If you are Fortinet partner and have access to training portal under partner account, therefore, you have access to enroll FortiMail training and LAB.
If you are end customer, please communicate with your local Fortinet Sales/SE for a DEMO license.
