I passed my NSE4 exam, but I can't download the badge/certificate

I am following the instructions where I can see a link to download:

But the link take me to another webpage, there is no option to download the certification.

I logged as you on the NSE Training Institute. Please got o Dashboard> Completed > and scroll down until you see Certificates NSE 4 completed 12/10/2020.
Once you click here, you will be able to download your NSE 4 certification.
Please let me know if you have issues.

 I do Dashboard> Completed , But i can't Find NSE7 completed 03/11/2021 to Download Certificate 
And I tap Dashboard > Profile > NSE7 download Certificate,Can't Download too.
