I have booked a Fortinet NSE4 exam through Pearson Vue, I have changed the exam to a different time. But I have not received confirmation that the exam has been changed for another date. I did see a screenshot that the exam has changed. on screen. So I went to the exam on the right date but it was not active. called/emailed Pearson Vue but they don't want to help.
Heta was an exam of Exam: NSE4_FGT-7.2 - Fortinet NSE 4 - FortiOS 7.2 - English (ENU).
What shouldn't I do?

I have sent proof that I saw it on the screen that the time of the exam has changed, but they say we can't do anything about it?
I would like to complain to Pearson VUE and ask for a refund for the NSE4 exam.

I understand your disappointment. Unfortunately this is a technical support portal and I am afraid that we are unable to help with Pearson VUE issues. Pearson VUE runs the exams platform and Fortinet (like other vendors) uses it.
Did you see the exam rescheduled in your Pearson VUE account after you had the confirmation of the reschedule?
Please insist with Pearson VUE if you can, I hope you will get a refund.

What can be done from fortinet is:
to follow up my case with them and kindly share my case ID (provided by Pearson Vue) along with the needed information on the private message that I Initiated so we can coordinate my case with Support Team and follow up my case with Pearson Vue
I took a Fortinet course from you and I am trying to take the exam, but that went wrong at Pearson Vue.
