On my fgt-60(3.00 MR6 patch 3), see a " set tcp-timewait-timer 120" line on system global, what' s this?

from the CLI manual:
Select the number of seconds the TCP TTL timer will wait before timing out and ending the session. The valid range is 0 to 300 seconds. A value of 0 disables the timer. Default: 120 sec

I found it on MR7 manual. But I don' t understand why it is on my MR6 patch 3. In which ituation ,need to set this parameter?
