diag sys top - all processes sleeping

Hi all I am facing an issue where my fortigate 80C keeps having the CPU rise to 90%+ and internet connections become slow and dropout. There are two 80C' s in HA. A-P Today I have upgraded the firmware from 4MR3p1 to 4MR3p10. when using the diag sys top command i only get about 20 process listed and they are all sleeping? do i have to enter some mode to show all processes? I am logged in as admin with RW access to all things.

This is the entire list. Also SHIFT-P and SHIFT-M or c and m do not order by CPU or RAM usage. I have tried execute manage ha 0 and 1 to be sure they both read back the same results. I have also tried resizing the putty window. how do i find out what is using the cpu?

I have noticed that on all my 60c' s and both 200b' s with 4.3.11 installed they are not able to sort by CPU or MEM. I tried the normal SHIFT-P and SHIFT-M, no go. I believe that it is a bug in the recent firmware. Anyone else seeing this problem?

Could you try these keys: " m" sort by memory usage " p" sort by CPU load " q" quit all without any Ctrl key, and lower case.

simply pressing " m" or " p" did not sort as it did in the past. I have always used shift m to sort memory. I have rebooted, no go. Like in the picture that Nicko has shown it defaults to sort by PID. Anyone else notice this?

On FGT300C and 1240B v5.0 build 137,I can' t see this issue.Sort by Shift P (M)or p (m) works fine.

Also fixed in 5.0 Build 138. Verified on a FWF60C.
