adding VLAN's to aggregate interface in FGT with VDOM's

Attempting to add VLAN's to an aggregate interface in non-root VDOM.  When selecting to create the VLAN, in the GUI the aggregate interface to which I want to assign the new VLAN is not an option.  There are existing VLAN's assigned to the aggregate interface.

Is the only way to complete is through the CLI?

Hi,

Please create the VLAN interface via management vdom and then assign that VLAN interface to the desired vdom.

Thank you.  Will give it a try.

You can always create VLAN interfaces for any VDOMs at Global.

We have a different issue. We manage Fortigates via Fortimanager and while crating VLAN interface to one of the VDOM, its not showing the LAG as a parent interface. We have a root vdom and few other vdoms. Any suggestion please?

This is most likely FMG version dependent.  I would look to FMG forum for assistance as this was straight up FGT and VLAN question.
