Windows DNS to FortiOS DNS converter

I just added this to my list of tools since I need to rebuild my Windows DNS server, and the Fortigate 'secondary' zone is merely a proxy. I have to copy the DNS list into the Fortigate as a primary zone until I get the server back online. My efforts for you all to enjoy.

Just added the option for public or shadow server type in the script. Forgot it in the first ones. Also did the same for the BIND version of this script.

Neglected to convert shortcut TTL times in the Windows version to seconds. (minutes, hours, day and weeks, i.e. 2h or 3d) This has been corrected. Also found that the domain name in the BIND version wasn't always successfully captured. Corrected that as well. (Caveat, will only work if there is a mail server. Taking the domain from the FQDN of that server, first good hit.)
