SSL VPN web Portal problem

Hello, Since Firefox 10.0 I' ve noted that in most cases is not possible to access the VPN SSL web portal, Basically after the browser fails to check the certificate as valid and the make an exception option is checked the browser just shows that the connection has been reset and can´t get to the login. Recently I have seen that it is also occuring on IE8 and IE9 in some instances, and have not been able to know what is the cause or why on some PCs it just works and in other it just don' t. Maybe there is something that I should configure in the FortiGate or maybe something in the Browsers?, HTTPs admin access works fine, this just happens with SSL web portal. if I connect to a VPN trough ssl client it works fine. What firmware version are we talking here? There was a M$ Windoze Update a month or so ago that blew out SSL VPN for some versions. Only 4.2.11 and 4.3.5+ work with the new update.

Hello, we are experiencing same issue on our 100A (v4.0,build0217,110616 (MR1 Patch 10). Do you have any more info on MS patch/Fortinet KB-bug#? Thx

Hello all, Thanks for the answers, updating to 4MR2 Patch 11 solved the problem for me (tested in FG200B, FG110C and FG80C from latest Firefox and IE everything worked fine from the SSL portal: Login, VNC, RDP, Web Tunnel mode, etc.).
