SAML question

I have a general question on SAML. I have been trying to set up SSO for a small customer and the first three vendors are only offering it on premium or enterprise tiers. Small customers find SSO as useful as users in an enterprise.  Even with a good password management app, it's annoying to login in to different apps 20 times a day.

Since it's still something they want, we are willing to offer it in our MSP packages. But it's not an option in many cases.

So, I'm just curious.  Is there cost for each customer using SAML beyond the initial configuration?
