Replacing Power Supply

We have a FG-3240C. We just received a replacement power supply SP-FG3000D-PS.

Is there any documentation on how to remove bad power supply and install the new one?

We don't have this particular model, but 1500Ds.

But I assume procedure would be the same.

You or TAC must have determined it was bad and went to RMA because you couldn't get rid of "alarm=1" in "exe sensor list". It's hot-swappable so just pinch the lever and pull the bad PS out then insert a replacement. After that check the output of exe sensor list again. All should show "alarm=0" after plugging in the power cord from an outlet. You probably want to pay attention to those "value=" part in the output because those indicate more meaningful values like voltage, rpm, temperature, etc.
