I had this issue before in a version prior to 5.2.2. Worked perfectly in 5.2.2 updating to 5.2.3. Looks like it's a problem again. Anyone have any ideas? Removing the old version to install the new is not really an option.

The upgrade is not enabled for public yet. Now it only allows fresh install or manual upgrade.
